1. Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Products must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

- Custom or made-to-order products
2. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval status.
If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
- Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on your bank or provider)
Partial refunds may be granted for:
- Items returned in used condition
- Missing packaging or components
- Returns requested after the allowed period
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
- Include your order number
A replacement or full refund will be offered depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or incorrect
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Using a trackable shipping service is recommended, as receipt of returned items cannot be guaranteed
5. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this window, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled
6. Exchanges
Items are only replaced if they are defective or damaged.

7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card provider
- Contact your bank
If you have done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.

- Return addresses will be provided after approval
- Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted
